Craftmetry is a reference and quick-sizing toolkit for jobsite professionals (gas, plumbing, electrical, framing), published by Corvora. If something isn't working, you have a question about a calculator, or you'd like to suggest an improvement, the fastest way to reach us is by email.
On iPhone, the calculator preview begins on first launch without an account. To see subscription plans in version 1.0.7 or later, select a locked tool, or open Settings → Manage or Cancel Subscription when you have no active subscription. Earlier versions use the Subscribe screen. On the web, your first signed-in tool use starts a one-time 15-minute preview without a payment method. The annual Pro plan also offers a seven-day subscription trial to eligible new subscribers; monthly has no subscription trial. Price, any applicable tax, eligibility, and renewal terms are shown before purchase.
On iPhone, sign in to the same Apple ID used to purchase, then use Restore Purchases from the Subscribe screen. To use eligible access on the web or another device, sign in to the same Craftmetry account you linked to the purchase. If you need help linking an existing purchase, email us.
For iPhone purchases, go to iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Craftmetry. In the iPhone app, you can also use Settings → Manage or Cancel Subscription. For website purchases, open Account & Support and sign in with the account used to subscribe to open its billing controls. Cancellation stops the next renewal; follow the purchase platform's displayed access-end date. Deleting your Craftmetry account does not cancel a subscription.
The iPhone app gives you a free 15-minute device preview of the calculators. The countdown appears in Settings (About & Support) near the sign-in controls. After that, continued access requires Craftmetry Pro. Current price, any applicable tax, and trial details are shown by Apple or Stripe before you subscribe. The subscription supports ongoing code-table maintenance, new calculators, and updates as codes are revised.
App Store refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Craftmetry purchase, and request a refund. For web purchases, email us with the account email and purchase details so we can help route the request through Stripe.
Saved work stays on your device by default. When you sign in to a Craftmetry account, supported saved calculations and planner layouts sync securely with that account so they can appear on your other signed-in devices. Do not use saved work for sensitive personal information.
Email us at support@corvora.app with the inputs you used, the answer the app gave, and the answer you expected (and your source if possible). We treat correctness reports as the highest priority. As a reminder, Craftmetry is a reference aid — always verify against the governing code edition, manufacturer documentation, and your AHJ before relying on any output for installed work.
You can read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. An account is optional for iPhone calculator use and required for web tools. Supported account sync and shared Pro access are available on iPhone. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.
Email support@corvora.app with a short description of what you're trying to do and what's happening instead. A screenshot is always helpful. We'll get back to you.
